Terms and conditions of operation of the DJ Room and information on the processing of personal data for the purpose of its use
In these terms and conditions, we set out under what conditions the DJ Room operates, who is the operator, what information we collect, why we collect it and how you can manage it.
Who processes your personal data in the DJ Room project

What personal data do we process for the purpose of your use of the DJ room?
Name, email, phone number you provide to be entered in the booking calendar.
Principle of operation:
You can use the DJ Room as follows:
Playing course with a tutor for 3 hours for 50€
Recording and processing of a 30-minute video set, from a maximum playing time of 2 hours for 50€
Solo playing 4h for 40€
Independent playing 3h for 30€
Solo playing 2h for 20€
Solo playing 1h for 10€
How to book a DJ Room?
Enter all the necessary information in the entry form, then choose an available date in the calendar and we will confirm your choice or refine the change if no one is available at the moment.
How do we store and handle your personal data and who has access to it?
First and foremost, of course, the operator, i.e. O. Z. Piglet. The Booking Calendar works on the Google Calendar principle, which means that Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) as a company also has the data you have entered into the form in order to use the DJ Room service.
In the case of using the DJ Room, a video recording can be made and used for the purpose of its subsequent promotion.
We will retain all such data for as long as is necessary in relation to the type of service provided.
Your rights in the processing of personal data
You can exercise the following rights when processing your personal data:
the right of access to your personal data – t. j. to obtain confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data. If so, you have the right to obtain information about the purpose for which we process it, which personal data we process, who the recipients of the personal data are, for how long we process the personal data.
the right to rectification of personal data
the right to erasure – in certain cases provided for by law, we are obliged to erase your personal data upon your request.
the right to restriction of processing – if you wish us to process your personal data only for the most necessary lawful purposes or even if you wish to block your personal data the right to data portability – if you wish us to provide your personal data to another controller, respectively. another company.
the right to object – if you believe that we are processing your personal data in breach of your privacy or in breach of the law.

You can exercise your rights against us by submitting a written request to our registered office or electronically to info@masokombinat.com. You can also exercise your rights in person, in which case we may require you to provide proof of identity.
